Community Guidelines

Drive Republic is built around a shared love of driving, respect for the road and appreciation for one another. Whether you’re attending a group drive, joining a track day or engaging in our digital spaces, we ask that all members help us maintain an environment that is inclusive, considered and aligned with our values.

Just like on a circuit, we operate with a black flag policy. The first black flag is a warning. The second, and you’re out. We take this seriously to protect the culture we’re building together.

These guidelines sit alongside our Terms of Use and your Membership Terms & Conditions. By participating in any Drive Republic activity — on the road or online — you agree to follow these standards.

Our Community Guidelines

Inappropriate Content
We don’t allow any content that features or suggests nudity, sexual acts, sexual services or objectification of any kind, in person or online.

Content & Consent
When sharing photos or videos from our events, make sure you have permission. If others appear in your content, they must be at least 18 years old and aware of how and where the content will be used. Only post what you have the rights to share — and please respect the privacy of others.

Respect for the Brand
We’re building something carefully considered. Any content, behaviour or comments that harm, misrepresent or defame the Drive Republic name or its members will not be tolerated.

Illegal Behaviour
We don’t allow the promotion or support of political or religious agendas, hate groups, violence, drugs, firearms or other illegal activity — in our drives, at our events or across our digital platforms.

No Hate, No Abuse
We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying or harassment in any form. This includes attacks based on race, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability, religion or any other personal identity. Threats, intimidation or abusive behaviour will result in immediate review.

The Black Flag System

Just like in motorsport, we believe in clear signals and fair warnings.

First Black Flag — A formal warning. You’ll be made aware of the behaviour that caused it.
Second Black Flag — Membership revoked. Your account will be disabled and access to all events or digital platforms removed.
